- Russian Embassy says reckless statements from Senior US officials pose a real threat to a full collapse in bilateral ties. Russia calls for establishing a dialogue and achieving pragmatic solutions
- Government cuts support for green generation in 2025-2035 by 22% to 313 billion rubles in order to keep the rise in electricity prices within inflation
- Meanwhile, Moscow is preparing "green" bonds for April-May for the first time since 2013, "classics" will be placed in tranches of 30-40 billion rubles
