Russia’s Deputy PM Alexander Novak has ordered oil producers and the Energy Ministry to prepare a plan for winter diesel output through to March, according to Bloomberg citing a Telegram post by the Russian government.
- The statement added that fuel prices have stabilised and there is currently no supply deficit.
- Russia increased winter diesel production in November 2023 compared with levels in November 2022, Bloomberg aid. Exports of diesel in November averaged 894k b/d.
