Russian Oil Processing Rates Fall Further

Russian oil processing rates stood at 5.16mbpd in the second week of February, down by 94kbpd on the week, sources told Bloomberg.

  • The decline in processing rates is almost at 380kbpd compared with most of December. So far in February, daily refinery runs have fallen to an average of 5.21mbpd, the lowest since earlier October, according to Bloomberg calculations.
  • Ukrainian drone attacks have so far damages six refineries in Russia since the start of this year.
