SOUTH KOREA: S&P's chief Asia-Pacific economist has noted that the dispute
between South Korea & Japan will affect South Korea's economic growth and that
the dispute is as "unpredictable as the U.S.-China trade war." The economist
went on to suggest that external risk levels are not at a level that would
impact South Korea's credit rating.
