Russia’s Sakhalin-2 resumed LNG production after maintenance and is operating at full capacity according to Gazprom Deputy CEO Vitaly Markelov.

  • The Sakhalin-2 project has undergone a scheduled shutdown of one of oil and gas producing platforms from June to September according to TASS.
  • There are no risks for Sakhalin-2 operations and maintenance amid sanctions and from the withdrawal of Shell according to Markelov at a panel at the Far Eastern Economic Forum.
