US: Secretary of State Mike Pompeo treads a fine line in his latest comments re:
Iran, stating that he is willing to talk to Tehran at any time but the Iranian
gov't needs to change its behaviour. 
- Went onto criticise Democrats for meeting with senior Iranian officials after
Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) met with Foreign Minister Mohammad Zarif, saying "This
[Iran] is a country that's the world's largest state sponsor of terror & world's
largest sponsor of anti-Semitism. I hope they were reinforcing America's foreign
policy, not their own"
- In separate comments in an address in Ethiopia, Pompeo said the South African
gov'ts plan for land reform, in particular expropriation without compensation,
would be "disastrous" for the country's economy.
