Selling Pressure In 5s Noted

US TSYS

Desks flag selling in the 5-Year zone of the cash curve as the strongest turnover point through the London morning, as the modest BoJ-inspired weakness developed a little further. They also point to decent enough selling further out the curve. Meanwhile, the same desks note that 2s have seen a little bit of (relative) demand, even with 2-Year Tsy supply slated for later today. Yields are 1.5-3.5bp higher on the day, with the curve biased a touch steeper.
