FED: Senator Mitt Romney says he will vote 'no' on the appointment of Judy
Shelton to the Fed Board of Governors, per Bloomberg. He had previously been
non-committal. There will still be sufficient support in the Senate to confirm
her, assuming all other Republicans vote in her favor (now that Romney is a
'no', they can afford only two more 'nos', assuming all Democrats/Independents
vote against).
