Singapore’s Middle Distillate Stocks Hit Two-Month Low

Inventories of middle-distillates in Singapore - the Asian distribution hub - have fallen to their lowest level since early March, according to Bloomberg, citing official data.

  • Stocks of middle distillates - including gasoil, diesel, and jet fuel – stood at 10.1m bbl as of May 15.
  • Stocks are now 3% below the five-year seasonal average, Bloomberg calculations showed.
  • Residual fuel inventories are down 7.9% on the week to 19.1m bbl.
  • Light distillate inventories are up 1% on the week to 15.3m bbl.
