EURO-DOLLAR: Slowly extending recovery toward $1.2000, rate claws its way to
$1.1998 and holding firm ahead of EZ Flash PMI data release on the hour. France
and Germany data came in above forecast levels, this expected to be confirmed
further by the EZ release. Recent moves above $1.2000 have met headwind sell
interest, as well as as drawing ECB rhetoric to counter, either direct or via
source releases.
