FINLAND: Some positive opinion polling for Finnish PM Sanna Marin, whose Social
Democrats retain first place and increase their support:
- Social Democrats: 23% (+1), The Finns: 18% (=), National Coalition: 18% (=).
Green League: 12% (+1), Centre Party: 11% (-1), Left Alliance: 8% (=), Swedish
People's Party: 4% (=), Christian Democrats: 4% (=), Movement Now: 2% (=).

- Finland has recorded relatively few COVID-19 cases/fatalities compared to
regional peers, boosting support for the gov't.
- PM and gov't faces a divisive issue in the EU COVID-19 Recovery Fund.
Historically Finland has opposed EU debt mutualisation/offering of grants
opposed to loans, but PM Marin's leftist coalition is supportive of the
Commission's proposals, may be a tough sell to the public.
