Still Cheaper, But Off Lows

AUSSIE BONDS

Aussie bond futures are also sticking to relatively restrained ranges, after respecting their overnight boundaries in early Sydney dealing, leaving YM -3.5 & XM -6.0, while cash ACGBs are 4-6bp cheaper across the curve. The aforementioned downtick in equities, centred on China, has provided some support for the space. Local headline flow has been relatively non-existent since the open of trade, with the only real point of note in the market being the continued push wider in EFPs. Bills run 6-10bp cheaper through the reds.
