/STIR: BMO Don't Expect PCE Data To Have A Meaningful Influence On Fed Pricing

US TSYS

Post-PCE data BMO write “Treasuries had given back their overnight strength going into the data and we've seen a relatively muted reaction on the follow. We don't expect December's PCE data will materially shift March Fed cut odds ahead of the weekend, and instead we'll look for next week's supply announcements, FOMC decision, and payrolls print to quickly take the market's focus as the PCE print is digested.”
