Stoltenberg: No Sign Putin Has Given Up On Taking Whole Of Ukraine

Speaking ahead of two-day NATO foreign ministers meeting, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg states that NATO has seen no sign that Russian President Vladimir Putin has given up his ambition of taking control of the whole of Ukraine. Says that sanctions must be tightened.
