EURO-DOLLAR: Struggled to build a convincing recovery away from Friday's post
NFP low of $1.1207 through trade Monday, the rate faltering at $1.1234 before it
drifted back to retest that mentioned Friday low before closing the day around
$1.1214. Trade through Asia was confined within a relatively tight range of
$1.1210-19 with early Europe so far not having much impact.
- ECB Visco speaks at 0800GMT, though no market moving comment expected.
- US speakers include Fed Bullard and Bostic 1400, 1700GMT respectively. FED
Powell and Quarles speak in Boston on Stress Testing at 1245 and 1800 GMT
respectively.
- EURUSD support remains at $1.1207/00, break exposes $1.1184-71. Resistance
$1.1220, $1.1234.
