Survey Expects OPEC+ Output to Remain Steady

OPEC+ is expected to keep output unchanged according to 15 or 19 respondents in a survey by Bloomberg.

  • The remaining members of the survey predicted a production cut.
  • OPEC delegates are reportedly considering options ahead of the meeting on Sep 5.
  • Many OPEC members have agreed with comments from Saudi Arabia last week stating the need to reconnect physical markets to the volatile futures and suggesting that changes in production could be considered.
