US TSYS: T-Notes have stuck to a tight range overnight, in the wake of the
dovish FOMC decision. The contract struggled to extend beyond Wednesday's
session high in early Asia-Pacific trade, after a brief look above, with the
contract trading a couple of ticks shy of best levels last.
- Yields trade virtually unchanged across the curve after yesterday's bull
steepening in the wake of the dovish Fed meeting.
- The Eurodollar strip trades 0.5 to 2.0 ticks higher across the whites and
reds.
- The space had little reaction to the latest round of official Chinese PMI
data.
- Chicago PMI data headlines the U.S. docket Thursday.
- T-Notes last 122.02+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yield last 2.677%.
