Talk of Russia issuing a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen or Notice to Air Missions) that effectively closes the airspace along the entirety of its border with Ukraine to all civillian aircrafts, reportedly through May 18.
- This follows reports that Ukraine has closed airports in Kharkiv, Dnipro and Zaporozhye until Thursday morning.
