AUSSIE BONDS: TD Securities suggest that "the pessimism on the Australian
economy appears to be overdone for now. Accordingly we suggested fading rallies
in 10-Year ACGBs below 2.60% to the North American clients we visited a week and
a half ago. The likelihood that trade tensions remain an ongoing feature of the
macro landscape imply that a back-up in yields may not be as large as history
suggests. Removing outsized yield back-ups points to 10-Year ACGBs hitting 2.80%
by Q3 end."
