DOLLAR-CANADA: TECHS: Strong Jobs Data Boosts CAD
Strong Canadian jobs data cleared the long-term trendline off Jan 2018 lows with
the corrective pullback extending through 1.3280. A close below the cloud base
(1.3317) & 1.33 level would give control back to the bears, targeting a break of
the 200-dma (last closed below Feb 27) at 1.3274. Further support is located at
1.3251/24 from the Mar 19 low & 50% retracement level. Bulls look to recover the
100-dma to stabilise the outlook, above here opens the congested resistance zone
at 1.3363-76, ahead of a return to the 1.3400 level.
