Silver has broken above the key resistance level of the Feb 6 high at $17.887,
altering the near-term picture. The near-term outlook now looks a lot more
neutral but the focus has shifted towards the upside with focus now on the Jan
28 high of $18.219. To the downside, a breach of former support at the Jan 23
low of $17.606 would turn eyes once again towards a move south with the bear
trigger at $17.352, Jan 29 low.
