Japan’s Nuclear Regulation Authority on Monday approved plans to start fuel loadings at TEPCO’s Kashiwazaki Kariwa No. 7 nuclear reactor, that has been idled since 2011 according to Bloomberg.

  • The facility will need to complete additional inspections and will need to win consent from the local governor before it can restart generation.
