  • Firmer risk sentiment in Asia has seen kiwi firm through the session, gains briefly extended on spillover from the Australian Employment report and NZD/USD is testing the 20-Day EMA ($0.5938).
  • A break through here opens the high from 10 Aug ($0.6118) and the 200-Day EMA ($0.6150).
  • AUD/NZD is a touch softer however ranges do remain narrow.
  • Cross asset wise; US Tsy Yields are 1-2bps lower across the curve and BBDXY is down ~0.1%. E-minis are ~0.3% higher and the Hang Seng is up ~0.5%.
  • A thin docket for the remainder of the Asian session leaves wider swings in risk sentiment as the main driver in NZD.
