AUSSIE BONDS: The 3-Year Aussie bond is currently at 97.880, up 2 ticks on SFE
and the 10-Year is up 2.5 ticks at 97.2050 after both moving higher on SYCOM
alongside Tsy's which took a bid on better than expect CPI data. The 10-Year is
trading at levels last seen in September as sources report block trades on the
IB strip.
- No domestic data out today but Tuesday will see the RBA's minutes where RBC
have said they expect more detail on RBA's thinking on investments and
conditions. Labour data is scheduled to be released on Thursday, last month it
was strong showing a slight pick up in the economy.
- Yields are all currently all down the 3-Year down 1.8bp and the 10-Year down
2.6bp.
