AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: The Australian Office of Financial Management announces plans for
issuance next week:
- Monday, 21 August 2017: Auction of A$800 million of the 2.75% 21 November 2028
Bonds
- Thursday, 24 August 2017: Auction of A$500 million 8 December 2017 Notes
- Friday, 25 August 2017: Auction of A$600 million of the 1.75% 21 November 2020
Bonds
- Subject to market conditions, a new 21 November 2027 Treasury Indexed Bond
(TIB) is planned to be issued via syndication in the week beginning 21 August
2017. Citi, Deutsche Bank AG Sydney Branch, UBS AG Australia Branch and Westpac
Institutional Bank will act as Joint-Lead Managers for the issue.
- The AOFM note they will buy back some of the outstanding 21 November 2018 TIB
line in conjunction with the linker issue. Note the 21 November 2018 TIB issue
has $5.089bln outstanding, making it the 4th biggest issue of 7 outstanding
linkers.
