UK: The BoE should hold back from an interest rate hike in November as such a
move could hit the UK's fragile economic outlook, the EY Item Club say. On
Friday, Bank Governor Mark Carney told CNBC rates could go up in the "relatively
near term", with many analysts expecting a hike at the November MPC meet.
