BOND SUMMARY: The developed FI space ticked higher through the session, as risk
appetite waned gradually.
- T-Notes last trade +0.03 at 123.22, with cash Tsy yields trading 0.7 to 1.4bp
lower across the curve. Eurodollar contracts last seen unch. to 3.0 ticks higher
through the reds.
- Bunds +0.13 at 165.49, Bobls +0.04 at 132.92, Schatz +0.01 at 111.92.
- JGB futures last trade at 152.92, 18 ticks above settlement, as the Nikkei
225's retreat lent some support. Yields are sitting 3.0bp lower to 0.6bp higher
across the curve. Little in the way of immediate reaction was noted upon the
release of Japanese BoP data. Elsewhere, the BoJ left the sizes of its 10-25+
Rinban ops unchanged, while BoJ Gov Kuroda spoke, maintaining his optimistic
econ growth and inflation outlook for Japan.
- Aussie bond yields are trading 2.9bp to 4.3bp lower across the curve. YM last
+3.0 ticks at 98.615, with XM +3.5 ticks at 98.125, while YM/XM sits a touch
lower at 48.50. Bills are trading 1-3 ticks higher through the reds.
