FOREX: The European morning saw a very quiet session as the market awaited the
US senate vote on tax reform. This theme spilled over into the New York session
with no real direction, yen was under pressure, losing ground across the board.
Euro/dollar continued its fresh buoyant tone led via the crosses in particular

usd/yen breaking above the Y113 handle and printing a session high of Y113.07.
- Very little market reaction to the house passing the tax code and sending it

euro.
