RBNZ's Spencer, the pair rising from near $0.6855 to $0.6887. Traders say the
move is about positioning more than anything Spencer said, intraday spec account
going into the speech expecting a more dovish tone. Resistance lies at $0.6895
(Daily bear channel top), a break to expose $0.6912 (Dec1 high). Kiwi was last
at $0.6885
