KIWI: The flightless bird looks set to open in Asia toward the lower side of the
$0.6897 to $0.6945 range seen so far today, where US dollar strength has been
the main theme amid progress on the US tax bill. Reaction to the news that RBNZ
will ease the LVR restrictions has been somewhat muted, the pair holding mostly
around $0.6915, but has started to edge lower into the New York close.  Ahead in
Asia, RBNZ Governor Spencer will speak before Parliament at 0000GMT. Support
lies at $0.6882 (38.2% fib $0.6781 to $0.6945 rise), while hourly resistance is
located at $0.6932. Kiwi was last at $0.6902.
