EONIA: The front end of the Eonia curve is little changed in early Wednesday
morning trade compared to Tuesday's close as markets continue to be weighed by
hawkish comments from Fed Chair Powell yesterday. However French flash inflation
came in below expectations at 1.3% y/y down from 1.5% y/y in Jan. Looking ahead
Eurozone flash inflation is released at 1000GMT with consensus looking for a
fall to 1.2% y/y from 1.3% y/y. Italy inflation is also released at 1000GMT. MNI
PINCH see a 29.5% chance of a 10bp hike in Dec, 1y/1y Eonia 0.1bp lower at
-12.2bp & following levels in short-end Eonia Curve.
