downgrade of the UK to Aa2 by Moody's and the German election result that saw
Merkel's position weakened. Looking ahead Brexit talks start for another week,
however expectations are low, while BOE's FPC statement is released at 0930BST.
MNI PINCH now see markets pricing a 80% chance of a 25bp rate hike in Nov 2017
and following levels in BoE forward dated Sonia:-
* Nov-17 unch at 0.412%
* Dec-17 +0.2bp at 0.436%
* Feb-18 +0.3bp at 0.529%
* Mar-18 +0.2bp at 0.539%
* May-18 +0.4bp at 0.635%
* Jun-18 +0.2bp at 0.64%
* Aug-18 unch at 0.701%
* Sep-18 unch at 0.708%
