SONIA: The front end of the Sonia curve is touch flatter in early Wednesday
morning trade compared to Tuesday's close as the London Stock Exchange warns
that firms will relocate abroad if a transition deal is not agreed by the end of
the year, according to the Telegraph. Looking ahead key UK unemployment and
average weekly earnings are released at 0930BST. Unemployment is expected to
remain steady at 4.3%, while AWE ex-bonus is seen ticking lower to 2.0%. MNI
PINCH see markets pricing a 83% chance of a 25bp rate hike in Nov 2017 and
following levels in BoE forward dated Sonia:-
* Nov-17 unch at 0.419%
* Dec-17 -0.1bp at 0.435%
* Feb-18 -0.1bp at 0.53%
* Mar-18 -0.4bp at 0.535%
* May-18 -0.5bp at 0.631%
* Jun-18 -0.5bp at 0.636%
* Aug-18 -0.7bp at 0.693%
* Sep-18 -0.3bp at 0.701%
