Japanese consumers to invest in stocks, but it's a hard sell as they are trying
to appeal to a "cautious generation of investors accustomed to deflation," said
the WSJ; article had a photo of members of Japanese regulator Financial Services
Agency having a panel talk with young adults as officials dressed in Halloween
costumes, with 2 officials in full costumes and one official in a suit and a
mask.  (Well you got to give them an A for effort if nothing else.)
