STOCKS: The major regional equity markets are mostly lower on the day in
Asia-Pac hours, however, they have generally recovered from worst levels of the
session.
- That being said, none of the reversals have been particularly sharp, given the
negative lead from Wall St. and ongoing crude oil volatility.
- U.S. equity index futures sit marginally higher on the day.
- Volumes across the region remain low, with a lack of news flow evident thus
far.
- Also worth reminding that U.S. earnings season grinds on, as companies
continue to struggle to give accurate/any guidance given matters surrounding
COVID-19.
- Nikkei 225 -0.9%, Hang Seng 0.6%%, CSI 300 -0.1%, ASX 200 unch.
- S&P 500 futures +5, DJIA futures +23, NASDAQ 100 futures +26.
