FOREX: The MNI FX Technical signal monitors notes CHF outperformance.
- EURCHF breached 1.10 yesterday for the first time since July 2017.
- GBPCHF touched multi-year lows of 1.2225. CHFNOK breached its short-term trend
channel to 8.8130 and is looking to extend its winning run for an eighth
straight session.
- Sterling remains heavy following the flurry of ministerial resignations ahead
of Boris Johnson's perceived disruptive no-deal Brexit. BoE Saunders remarks
that the BoE isn't bound by forecasts implying rate hikes, also struck a more
dovish tone.
- EUR Soft Ahead of ECB. EURJPY is currently displaying a clean sweep of bearish
signals. A downside break of key support and the bear trigger at 120.78 opens a
return to the psychological 120.00 level.
- EURUSD recently charted a bearish engulfing candle with the downtrend
extending to near-two month lows of 1.1176.
