STOCKS: The Nikkei moved higher again coming into the lunch break, up 132.94pts
to 212288.12 again reaching levels seen over 2 decades ago. Equity markets began
to rise after U.S. CPI came out better than expected, showing a gradual pick up
in the economy. 
- For reasons mentioned above, Wall Street indices ended the overnight higher
but European stocks fell as the ECB's Draghi spoke on Friday, the council is
prepping for the impending decision on QE on October 26. The IBEX 35 closed the
overnight down as this week see's the deadline for the decision on Catalonia's
fate.
- The Hang-Seng was last up around 265pts and the ASX 200 last up around 36pts
ahead of the RBA minutes tomorrow.
