US TSYS/OVERNIGHT REPO: The overnight repo market on Wednesday saw the U.S.
Treasury ten-year note remain tight at at -2.80%, vs. -2.70% Tuesday. The
ten-year note demand occurred amid shorts tied to this week's 3/10/30-year
Treasury auctions, which settle this Friday, and also amid other market-hedging
positions of short or sell 10-year notes.
- The 3-year note had a light bid at 0.90% while the 30-year bond had a better
bid too at 0.61%, both amid auction-tied shorts.
- The Treasury General Collateral rate traded loose at 1.13%.
