AUSSIE BONDS: The risk off tone seen overnight drove the space away from SYCOM
levels through the session as Italian political uncertainty & worry around US
trade tariffs supported fixed income markets.
- Bonds are back from their SFE highs, with 3-Year futures last trading at
97.930, while 10-Year futures last trade at 97.275.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield differential last traded at 68.3bp, while the
AU/US 10-Year spread continues to operate around the -10.0bp level ahead of a
risk packed with Australian risk events.
- Tomorrow brings the latest RBA decision, followed by a speech from RBA Gov.
Lowe on Wednesday & GDP data is also due.
