FED: The Semi-Annual Monetary Policy Report showed US econ still growing 
at solid pace, but Fed will remain patient and data dependent.
- The report does not give a balance sheet end date, but repeats that it 
will be much larger than pre-crisis when done. 
- Balance sheet size "will be importantly determined by various factors 
affecting the demand for Federal Reserve liabilities." 
- Repeats inflation remains muted, and noted the slowdown in advanced 
economies was "particularly pronounced."
- Notes that the US financial system remains more resilient than 
pre-crisis.
- Repeats it is undesirable to follow one policy rule.
- Notes inflation is restrained by declines in consumer energy prices.
