EU: The UK's Daily Telegraph is claiming that the European Commission's chief
negotiator with the UK Michel Barnier has scotched rumours of a period of
'tunnel' talks with the UK regarding a trade deal in July.

Agreement in its refusal to allow EU officials to monitor customs arrangements

- UK Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove to hold virtual meeting with EU joint
