BOE: The upcoming week is busy in terms of MPC member speeches with five
confirmed appearances this week. Ironically, Governor Bailey's may be the least
informative about monetary policy.

Climate Financial Risk Forum so may not mention monetary policy.
- Monday 13:30BST: External MPC member Vlieghe will give the keynote speech at
the Asset Pricing Workshop. His speech will be entitled "Observed macroeconomic
tail risk and asset prices: new long term evidence".
- Tuesday 11:00BST Chief Economist Haldane's speech is entitled "The Second
Quarter" with the BOE's website stating Haldane "will discuss a range of
economic indicators to consider the impact that Covid-19 has had on the UK and
global economies since the start of 2020, as well as the outlook for the
remainder of the year." Remember voted against extending QE.
- Tuesday 15:00BST: Cunliffe will be live interviewed as part of the IIF's
