early London trade after holding relative narrow range through Asia hours.
Multiple circuit breakers hit in long end (WNM fell to 198-10, through 199-06
low breaker; USM 167-16 low, through 167-20 breaker). Yld curves steeper but off
highs -- NOTE: 3M10Y inverted low of -29.460 on March 9, tapped +104.25
overnight! Update:
