Tnotes/Bund spread test the March low

  • US Tnotes (TYM3) has so far found some demand at yesterday's low, that was at 113.09, did print a 113.08+low.
  • But there's not let off for Bund, which is in turn tightening the Tnotes/Bund spread by 7.7bps, and now testing the March low at 119.08bps.
  • The spread has tightened from 131.40 to 119.6bps just this week.
  • Further tightening will expose the 2023 low at 113.26bps, which was also the lowest print since September 2020.
