US TSY FLOWS: *** Traders still chatting around on the phones to find out more
on what was behind the strong overnight selling in Tsys on Wed and Thursday.
While most attributed it to jitters tied to hawkish Fed Chair Yellen, tax
reform/cuts progress or Tsys auction/corporate supply hedges, others are still
wondering if there was another factor behind the selling. 
- For example, one trader mulled, after the various recent hurricanes, "we did
not hear much about long-end insurance-tied selling in Tsys and that type of
selling used to occur immediately after the hurricanes. But could it be that is
coming in now, as opposed to happening immediately after the hurricanes?" he
asked.
- Others mull, could some holders be shifting around positions into the
quarter/month-end? And Friday at sunset begins the Yom Kippur Jewish holiday, so
some traders may be out for that day and do quarter-end or month-end trades
early before then.
