hedges. Tsys also had been pressured by some pre-auction hedges/shorts into the
1pm ET US$26B 2Y note auction. Some thought the 2Y prices had become cheap
enough already to discount a Dec potential rate hike, but there are still some
mild worries about 12:45pm ET speech by Fed Chr Yellen. 
- Speaking of inflation, Target is upping its minimum hourly wage to $11 by
October, and will raise it to $15 by 2020.
