US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are a little weaker early on Friday, with a big day
ahead in terms of data and Fed speakers.
- A bit of bear steepening in the curve: 2-Yr yield is up 0.9bps at 2.3533%,
5-Yr is up 1.5bps at 2.3602%, 10-Yr is up 1.6bps at 2.5576%, and 30-Yr is up
1.3bps at 2.9421%.
- The Jun 19 T-Note future is down 2/32 at 123-35, having traded in a range of
123-20 to 123-90.
- The April employment report (0830ET) is the day`s highlight. NFPs forecast to
rise by 190k  after a strong 196k increase in March - our Data Team put out a
note explaining why we are likely to see a strong number today.
- The unemployment rate is expected to hold steady at 3.8% for another month.
Hourly earnings are forecast to rise 0.3%, while the average workweek is
expected to stay at 34.5 hours.
- ISM Nonmanufacturing (1000ET) also features.
- Fed speaker slate includes Evans, Clarida, Williams, and Bowman. This weekend
we get Bullard, Daly, Kaplan, and Mester.
