US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are little changed early Monday.
- The Mar 19 T-Note future is up 0.5/32 at 120-235, having traded in a range of
120-195 to 120-30.
- Cash curve is trading mixed: 2-Yr yield flat at 2.7108%, 5-Yr is up 0.2bps at
2.6907%, 10-Yr is up 0.2bps at 2.8467%, and 30-Yr is down 0.9bps at 3.1309%.
- Tsys have recovered some early losses since 1100GMT as Brexit risks
re-emerged, with the UK`s parliamentary vote on the EU Withdrawal Agreement on
Tues reportedly set to be postponed.
- Little follow-through seen from Friday`s weaker-than-expected nonfarm
payrolls.
- Risk-off appears to be on overall, S&P Emini futures off 0.3% with continued
headlines over Huawei CFO arrest as well as White House intrigue (Chief of Staff
Kelly departing, court documents filed re Pres Trump`s former lawyer Cohen).
- Fed's blackout period began this weekend, ahead of the Dec 19 decision.
- Thin on the data docket Monday; JOLTS data at 1500GMT the highlight.
