US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are trading weaker amid a risk-on tone early Monday,
following positive developments on the U.S.-China trade front.
- Mar 19 T-Note futures are down 5.5/32 at 121-31.
- Pres Trump's declaration of a delay in new tariffs on China boosted risk
early, with T-note futures dropping to 122-00 (4.5 ticks lower) at Asian open.
- Tsys briefly ticked away from lows overnight to 122-04, on the back of more
cautious rhetoric re: trade matters in a commentary piece in China`s Xinhua. 
- However, weakness has resumed. 2-Yr yield is up 1.7bps at 2.5099%, 5-Yr up
2.2bps at 2.493%, 10-Yr up 2.3bps at 2.6752%, and 30-Yr up 1.8bps at 3.0335%.
- Green/Blue Eurodollars trading weaker (2.0-2.5 ticks).
- Alongside global stock rally, S&P Eminis up 0.5%, Nasdaq futures up 0.7%.
- Only key data Monday is Chicago Fed National Activity Index for Jan and Dallas
Fed Manufacturing Index for Feb.
- This week sees delayed Q4 GDP release (1st/2nd readings) Thurs.
- Fed's Clarida + Kaplan speak in Dallas today; Chair Powell`s testimony to
Congress kicks off Tuesday in the Senate.
