US TSY FLOWS: *** Treasuries bounce off the day's lows amid dip buying as market
turns attention to the long US holiday weekend, and lingering N.Korea
risk/ongoing N.Korea missile worries. Also black boxes are buying Tsys as US
dollar weakened vs. Japanese yen after overnight US$ strength. 
- Tsys saw a fast money selloff in initial react not so much to -33K Sept jobs,
but rather to higher than expected 0.5% Sept Avg Hrly Earnings and lower 4.2%
jobless rate. Foreign central banks and real money buying surfaced on the
initial dip, which stabilized the market at the lows. 
- Tsys also saw buying in 2Y notes vs. selling in 3Y notes. Traders expressed
surprise that after the jobs report, there were not "any block trades" in Tsy
futures, as one put it. 
- Looking forward, Monday will be the US Columbus Day bond market holiday and
also the Canadian Thanksgiving Day.
